CLASS SCHEDULE
When do we train?
Tuesday Nights:
Entry Level - 6:15PM to 7PM (Kids & Adults)
Advanced Class - 7PM to 8PM

Saturday Mornings:
Entry Level- 9AM to 10AM
Advanced Class - 10AM to 11AM
​
Kids Classes - Ages 7+
Saturday Mornings 11:15AM to Noon
Wear comfortable work out gear.

FLOW AND MOVEMENT
We train hard, and we make sure we train the right speed and energy to help techniques flow efficiently, creating the skill to ramp things up as needed without losing the technique in the process.
